Managing Director, focusing on mortgage loan portfolio performance, data management and credit risk management.  He led and participated in mortgage settlement and compliance monitorship consulting engagements involving servicer performance, portfolio conversion, data/analytics, and systems/technology.

At the onset of the financial crisis in 2008, Mr. Ng was chosen by E*TRADE executive management to lead the Portfolio Risk Mitigation program.  As Vice President of Portfolio Risk Mitigation, he was responsible for the performance improvement and risk mitigation on $30+ Billion residential mortgage and home equity loan portfolio with 40+ servicers.  He drove numerous high impact programs and achieved over $1.5 Billion of credit loss aversion -- implemented special servicing, developed/ implemented innovative behavior scorecards for loss mitigation and collections campaigns, reduced capital usage, and improved profits with lower required allowances/provisions, while improving OCC/CFPB regulatory compliance and managing a $120 Million budget.  He joined E*TRADE in 2001 and was responsible for technology for its Global Asset Management, Mortgage, and Consumer Services

Prior to E*TRADE, Mr. Ng spent 3 years with Bank of America as the Vice President of Technology, where he spearheaded the business applications and ecommerce strategy and execution for the retail, wholesale, and correspondent lending divisions, and the $140 Billion servicing portfolio.  Prior, Mr. Ng spent 9 years with Wells Fargo as Vice President, where he was responsible for the mortgage systems and models for the mortgage master servicing, securitization, and document custody businesses, and the asset management technology for the structured finance businesses of MBS, ABS, and Public Finance with $200+ Billion of assets under management.   Mr. Ng has a B.S. in Computer Science (summa cum laude) from State University of New York at Buffalo, and a M.S. in Computer Science from The University of Oklahoma.
