Kathy Palmer

Kathy Palmer joined BPA in 2013 and is Director of Servicing and Compliance, bringing extensive legal and compliance experience in the financial services industry. She has been integral to the development of the master servicing business over the past 11 years, supporting the servicing of over $2 billion in consumer- and commercial-based portfolios across over 400,000 loans and private fund government tax credit assets for banks, universities, and hedge funds.

Kathy also spearheads compliance programs and proprietary auditing tools used to evaluate and monitor regulatory compliance across private lenders, loan servicers, collection agencies, and law firms while also focusing on systems used to streamline operations, reduce errors, and improve processing while enhancing end-user experience and portfolio performance.

Kathy received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School and is a cum laude recipient of her Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University.
