BPA is seeking a seasoned Power BI Developer to join its team, focusing on creating sophisticated business intelligence solutions tailored for the finance industry. This on-site role involves close collaboration with technology and business system teams affecting key clients in the credit investment and specialty finance sectors.

The individual will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, information systems, or related field, and 5 years minimum of experience in the financial services sector with a strong track record of developing and implementing system architecture enhancements while providing financial analytics. They will design, develop, and implement comprehensive dashboards and automated workflows using Power BI, enhancing decision-making processes with insightful data visualization focused upon clarity, accuracy, and front-end user experience.   Necessary experience integrating and interfacing with SQL systems to manage data flows while ensuring timely data refreshes for reporting is essential.

Other necessary technical requirements include:

• Deep expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and row-level security implementation, including ability to manage unclean and non-standardized data
• Proficiency in SQL for complex queries, data modeling, and ETL processes, transforming and loading data from disparate financial systems and into Power BI
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including fluency with boolean and lookup formulas, Power Pivot Tables, and other array formulas for data analysis
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Power Apps, SharePoint, and integration with financial software
• RPA and MS Power Automate experience is also highly desirable

BPA is seeking a Credit Analyst to join a dedicated team supporting client asset management functions.  The role combines the use of data science, modeling, and data manipulation coupled with credit administration, in serving corporate borrowers. The successful candidate will be technically very proficient and a key contributor in overseeing and managing the day-to-day client loan portfolio activities.

BPA is seeking a Fund Accountant who will work closely with our corporate client’s middle- and back-office teams. The successful candidate will meaningfully contribute to assignments while demonstrating leadership and working on leading edge and thought provoking client engagements. This candidate will perform a variety of fund accounting functions while working closely with private credit asset management clients.
