Tom Wilkinson

Tom Wilkinson is Director, RPA and Machine Learning and oversees the technological design, project management, implementation, and delivery of automation and machine learning capabilities.  Tom has deep technical experience in building complex applications and automating financial operational products, with a particular focus on private debt instruments.

Prior to Joining BPA in 2021, Tom was a Vice President of Investment Risk Management at Franklin Templeton Investments where he was responsible for portfolio analytics on $450 billion of global fixed income portfolios. Tom’s prior experience includes being Vice President of Operations at HeCalls, Vice President of Broker-Dealer Services at LaSalle Bank N.A., and Vice President of Portfolio Management at Templeton.

Tom earned his M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and received a MicroMasters in Data Science from the University of California, San Deigo. Tom is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified FRM.
