Vineet Nanda

Vineet Nanda serves as the Head of BPA’s Valuation Team with over eight years of experience in providing valuation services to hedge funds, business development companies, and private equity funds for financial reporting (ASC 820, 718, and 350), tax, strategic planning, and transaction opinion (fairness, solvency, and capital adequacy) purposes. As a member of BPA’s Portfolio Advisory Services, Vineet has extensive experience valuing debt instruments, common stock, preferred stock, and financial derivatives of private and public companies across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining BPA in 2023, Vineet was a Vice President with Valuation Research Corporation and Houlihan Capital where he led multiple engagements advising public and private companies with complex transactions, restructurings, and acquisitions.

Vineet holds an MBA from Amity University in India and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of Delhi and is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified FRM.
