Eric B. Mattys

Eric Mattys serves as Director of Business Systems, bringing over 30 years of experience across the finance and IT sectors. He leads initiatives focused on developing new services, enhancing business processes, driving automation, and implementing custom internal systems.

Eric has extensive experience managing accounting operations and business systems, including roles as Controller for Pidilite USA and as Director of Budget & Analysis and International Controller for Jet Aviation, where he managed global financial reporting and SAP implementation during a period of significant growth.  Earlier in his career he held analytical and financial leadership positions in healthcare and regional banking.

Eric holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Broward Community College and has completed advanced coursework in Banking and Financial Accounting at Florida Atlantic University.
