Eric HALVORSEN

Eric Halvorsen serves as Director of Master Servicing & Receivables Management, overseeing strategy and execution for third-party collections and recovery operations. With more than 20 years of financial services experience, he is responsible for agency performance, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and delivering strong financial outcomes.

Before joining BPA, Eric spent over two decades with Sallie Mae, where he advanced to Senior Director of Post Default Strategy & Execution. He led recovery strategy across loan sales, internal processes, third-party collections, and litigation, while also managing vendor relationships, compliance oversight, and performance scorecards. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in portfolio management, outsourcing support, and operations at Sallie Mae and United Airlines.

Eric holds a BS in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance from Anderson University.
