As a Director at BPA, she focuses on operational best practices and risk oversight, designing end-to-end frameworks that reduce operating cost while strengthening performance, transparency, and accuracy.

At BPA, Kathy spearheaded the firm’s private credit platforms as a trusted middle- and back-office servicing partner — providing both risk oversight and operational execution. She oversaw $2 billion in consumer and commercial portfolios across more than 400,000 assets and led the transformation of servicing and risk processes into highly successful environments, leveraging AI and automation to enhance controls, efficiency, and scalability.

By aligning systems, processes, and people, she consistently delivers disciplined infrastructure that solves complex problems and frees clients to focus on growth—anchored in reliable performance and long-term stability.

Kathy holds a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University.
